International Shipping Policy
Shipping Destinations
We currently offer international shipping to select countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at customerservice@dipyourcar.com and we will do our best to assist.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times typically depending on your location and local postal services. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Tracking updates may be limited once the package reaches your country.
Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal service disruptions, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Returns
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Details for items that can be returned (Pearls, accessories, etc):
- Products must be unused in original condition
- Products must be returned in original packaging (example: 3M Respirators come sealed in their own package, these must returned in that original packaging).
- Subject to a 15% restocking fee
- The customer is responsible for the shipping charges back to DYC
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Free gifts, gift cards and clearance items are not returnable!
If your order was received with any damages or errors, please contact DYC Customer Service within 30 days to be eligible for an order correction.
Order Protection
DYC partners with OrderProtection.com to offer customers the option to protect their purchase against loss, theft, or damage during transit. By selecting and purchasing Total Delivery Protection at checkout, claims for eligible incidents are processed directly through OrderProtection.com for faster resolution and full coverage according to their terms and conditions.
By declining Total Delivery Protection, DYC can only file a standard carrier claim in the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged package. This process is typically lengthy, subject to carrier approval, and may result in compensation capped at $100. Carrier claim timelines and outcomes are outside of DYC’s control.
