California customers may only purchase Plasti Dip® Spray 50 (Low-VOC) gallons. Plasti Dip® Spray 50 may not be sold in El Dorado, Colusa, and Glenn counties or the Bay Area (BAAQMD).
Sales and usage of Plasti Dip Spray Gallons (Spray 50 excluded), DipPearl TopCoat, Performance Series, Pro Line products, and AutoFlex are not compliant with California state regulations. Therefore, these gallon-sized products cannot be sold in or shipped to California.
Rubber Dip, Rubber Dip Spray, and Plasti Dip® Spray can still be purchased within California in sizes less than 1 gallon. Please be aware of this ruling and follow all applicable guidelines.
All hazardous items (excluding gallons) shipping outside of the lower 48 United States can only ship via USPS. Due to these regulations, orders placed with UPS shipping will automatically be switched to USPS.

Orders placed with a PO Box address will be sent via USPS.

USPS is available on some packages depending on the contents and weight of your order. USPS may be less expensive in some cases, but it may also have a longer transit time.
Please note that USPS tracking may also be less reliable or less responsive than other carriers. If you choose USPS, please be aware of these potential delays. Adding Total Delivery Protection is highly recommended.
From time to time, DYC may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. These promotions are only available in the continental United States and do not include Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
Shipping promotions are also not valid during seasonal sales, including Spring, Summer, and Black Friday events.
From time to time, DYC may offer a premium shipping option at checkout. When DYC Preferred is selected, your order will skip to the front of the shipping queue.

If Order Protection was not selected, DYC can only submit a carrier claim for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
Carrier claims are typically slow and not guaranteed. If approved, compensation is usually limited to a maximum of $100.
How long do I have to make a claim?
Claims must be submitted within 30 to 45 days from the order date, depending on the type of claim.
What if I opt out of Order Protection?
By declining Total Delivery Protection, DYC can only file a carrier claim for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Carrier claims are typically time-consuming and, if approved, are generally limited to a maximum reimbursement of $100.
