⚠️ Important: Certain products are Final Sale and cannot be canceled once an order is placed.

The following items are made to order and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once purchased:

  • All Permanent Paints

  • All Peelable Paints

  • All Paint Kits

  • All Paint sizes

  • SATA Spray Guns

These products are custom prepared after purchase, and orders containing these items cannot be canceled once submitted.

Eligible Order Cancellations

For items not listed above, orders may be canceled at no cost before the order has shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will fall under the terms of our Refund & Return Policy.
