The following Terms and Conditions apply to the website, products, and services offered by DipYourCar. This includes the mobile and tablet versions, as well as any other version of DipYourCar accessible via desktop, mobile, tablet, social media, or other devices.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

    You may use the website and purchase the products only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

    Access to the website and purchase of products are available to all ages. It is the responsibility of parents or legal guardians to determine whether the content and products are appropriate for their children or minors in their care.

    By using the website and purchasing the products, you represent and warrant that you have the full right, power, and authority to enter into these Terms and to fully perform all of your obligations hereunder. You further represent and warrant that you are under no legal disability or contractual restriction that prevents you from entering into these Terms.

    You represent and warrant that your use of the website does not violate any applicable law or regulation. DipYourCar may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer the website and products to any user and may change its eligibility criteria at any time. This provision is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the service and the website is revoked in such jurisdictions.

  2. NOTIFICATIONS AND NEWSLETTER

    By providing DipYourCar with your email address and phone number, you agree that we may use your email address to send you notifications about the status of your order, important communications about our services or products, news, and special content. If you do not wish to receive these emails or SMS messages, you may opt out by sending us your request through our contact information or by using the "unsubscribe" option in the emails. This may prevent you from receiving emails or messages about updates to your order, news, or special offers on our products.

  3. ACCOUNT

    Users may register on the website by entering a valid email address. Users will receive a login code to access the website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

    You agree to (a) immediately notify DipYourCar of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session. You may never use another user's account without prior authorization from DipYourCar. DipYourCar will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your breach of this agreement.

    DipYourCar reserves the right to terminate your account or your access immediately, with or without notice, and without liability to you, if DipYourCar believes that you have violated any of these Terms and Conditions.

  4. ORDERS

    When you place an order, you offer to buy the products for the price advertised and indicated on the website at the time of purchase. Please check the features and variants of the products, such as sizes and colors, before placing your order.

    When a customer places an order, DipYourCar will send that customer an email intended to confirm the purchase and payment. This confirmation email is generated automatically so that the user has confirmation of the purchase and the details of the order.

    DipYourCar may offer the option for custom colors or products. All custom orders are made exclusively on demand according to the customer's specifications. Please refer to our shipping and return policies for custom orders. Custom orders or any products made exclusively for one individual are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation.

    We reserve the right to limit the number of units purchased by each user if we deem it necessary. DipYourCar also reserves the right to limit sales of our products on a regional or jurisdictional basis.

    DipYourCar may cancel any order and decline to supply products if it is reasonable to do so, and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time in its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payments made for products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    All new orders are considered separately and each is treated individually.

  5. PRICES

    DipYourCar reserves the right to determine the price of the products. Product pricing will be available on each product page. Product prices and shipping costs are subject to change at any time.

    DipYourCar will make reasonable efforts to keep the price information published on the website up to date. We encourage you to check our website periodically for current pricing information.

    We will always try to ensure that the prices on the website are accurate. However, pricing errors may occur from time to time, including but not limited to human error, mechanical error, or the like. Should a pricing error be discovered, the customer will be informed of such error. The user will have the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or to cancel the order if the user is not satisfied with the corrected price communicated for the product order.

  6. PAYMENTS

    Products may be paid for through the following payment methods:

    • Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, etc.)
    • Shop Pay
    • Amazon Pay
    • PayPal
    • Sezzle

    The customer must pay the price of the product stipulated in the order before the product is shipped. Payment will be charged to the payment method selected by the customer immediately after placing the order for the products purchased. In the case of selecting a "Buy Now, Pay Later" payment method, payment terms will be established between that payment processor and the customer.

    Once the transaction has been processed, we will send an electronic receipt of the transaction to the customer's email address. If you find any inconsistency in your billing, please contact us through our contact information or you may make a claim through the customer service of the corresponding payment processor.

    If your card is declined, you will receive an error message. No payment will be charged to your card and no order will be processed. There may be a pending transaction on your account until your card issuing bank withdraws the authorization. This usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Your card may be declined for various reasons, such as insufficient funds, AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch, or an incorrect security code.

    If your payment is declined, you must provide an alternative payment method or another card from which payment can be charged and processed.

    Your payment information will be treated and safeguarded securely and used exclusively for processing the purchase of the products. DipYourCar reserves the right to contract any available payment processor.

  7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

    DipYourCar makes its products and/or services available subject to standard inventory availability. In the face of significant demand, some DipYourCar items may experience delays in delivery. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we appreciate your understanding and patience in the event of delays.

    In cases of high demand for certain add-ons, we may offer equivalent alternatives depending on what we have available. For example, if PreDip Spray™ is out of stock, 16 oz. bottles of PreDip Spray™ may be substituted.

  8. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

    DipYourCar attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, DipYourCar does not warrant that product descriptions, product prices, product images, or other content on this website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product descriptions and images may vary according to the color resolution of the user's device screen.

    Please keep in mind that lighting plays a significant role in how colors and products may appear. The application method and how a product is installed also may play a role. Therefore, your end result may or may not match the result you see in our product images, online content, social content, videos, and more.

  9. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND SELF-TRAINING

    DipYourCar recommends consulting the FAQ section on our website. It is also crucial to view the videos available on DYCUniversity before embarking on your dip project. It is essential to familiarize yourself thoroughly with our products prior to use, particularly if this is your first experience with them.

  10. RESPONSIBLE PRACTICES

    DipYourCar is committed to offering technical and commercial support before, during, and after your purchase, making every effort to provide detailed and valuable information to its customers. Notwithstanding this support, the customer assumes sole responsibility for evaluating the suitability and compatibility of our products and/or services for their specific purpose. DipYourCar assumes no responsibility for the application process, use, or results obtained with the products purchased on this or any affiliated website.

    It is essential to pre-test the product on your vehicle, recommending a period of 48 hours to observe its performance and ease of removal, paying special attention to freshly painted vehicles or those with factory finishes, due to variations in materials and curing times used by different shops and manufacturers. By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you release DipYourCar from any liability related to product performance.

    Before proceeding with the application, we urge you to test the product on your specific surface and to use the necessary safety equipment, operating in well-ventilated areas. Although DipYourCar offers respirators suitable for handling our products, availability may vary. It is the responsibility of the user to purchase and use the correct respiratory protective equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations to ensure safety. In addition, each user should verify that their application space is safe and appropriate for spray painting projects, always prioritizing adequate ventilation and fresh air circulation.

  11. DO-IT-YOURSELF PRODUCTS LIABILITY

    DipYourCar specializes in the sale of products designed for DIY (Do-It-Yourself) projects, allowing customers to take charge of their own projects. Although our products have proven their effectiveness, the success of the project depends largely on the customer following the recommended procedures. It is crucial that the customer is thoroughly informed of the steps to be followed for preparation, masking, spraying, application, removal, cleaning, and maintenance of the products before, during, and after use.

    In the event that purchased products are defective, such as shipment of an incorrect color or product, damage in transit, or a confirmed manufacturing error, DipYourCar agrees to offer assistance and replacements. However, no replacements or refunds will be provided for user-attributable errors such as bubbles, runs, lifting, improper texture, rips, scratches, or finish problems, as these are considered application problems and not product problems.

    As a customer, it is also your responsibility to ensure that the surfaces to be treated are suitable for the application of our products. Each wheel and vehicle surface is unique, and DipYourCar cannot perform physical inspections of each one. It is particularly important to examine used vehicle surfaces for previous repairs or repainting.

    To ensure you are fully informed and prepared for your project, we encourage you to take advantage of the resources available on DYCUniversity, DipYourCar's YouTube channel, and our support team. These tools are designed to educate you thoroughly on the process before you begin your project.

  12. PRODUCT WARRANTY

    The products available on this website are offered "as is", without any warranty from DipYourCar, as they are purchased directly from partner manufacturers without any additional coverage. This applies to the entire range of products including, but not limited to, spray systems, gallons, and aerosols. In the event that some aerosol labels state that "Seller is not responsible for misuse of the product and only offers replacement for defects or errors in shipment", such replacement is limited to defective or incorrectly shipped products only.

    DipYourCar is committed to replacing defective or incorrectly shipped units, provided the problem is reported within 30 days from the date of delivery and it is verified that there was no misuse by the customer. To facilitate this process, the customer may be asked to provide photographs and/or video evidence of the defect or error, as without this evidence it may be difficult for our team to determine the nature of the problem and decide whether to proceed with a replacement or refund.

    If you believe a product is defective, we urge you to contact DipYourCar customer service immediately. The provision of visual content is critical to validate the claim, and the absence of such evidence may limit our team's ability to provide assistance.

  13. DIPYOURCAR INSTALLERS

    The DipYourCar Installer Program is an initiative intended to guide customers to experienced applicators. It functions as a referral service and does not imply that DipYourCar has ownership, management, or control over such installers. Responsibility for choosing a suitable installer for the services required rests solely with the customer, who should consider it best practice to request samples of previous work, including photographs and onsite visits where possible.

    DipYourCar disclaims any liability related to the process, use, or damages arising from interaction with referenced installers. Furthermore, DipYourCar does not profit financially from labor performed on customers' vehicles through this program. The choice of installer is a crucial decision to be made by the customer based on the installer's experience and quality of work.

  14. DELAWARE AND MARYLAND CUSTOMERS

    For customers located in Delaware and Maryland, it is important to note that the use and sale of Rubber Dip Spray and Plasti Dip® Spray are specifically regulated. These products may only be sold and applied under certain conditions: if the applicator is not compensated for the work, or, if the person is compensated, the facility where these products are applied must be equipped with emission control systems that are in compliance with MVMEER regulations and have been approved in advance.

  15. CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS

    In California, specific regulations limit the sale of Plasti Dip® products. Residents may only purchase gallons of Plasti Dip® Spray 50, which is low VOC, with the exception of El Dorado, Colusa, Glenn, and Bay Area counties (BAAQMD), where this product is not available for sale. State regulations prohibit the sale and use of Rubber Dip, Rubber Dip Spray, and Plasti Dip® Spray in gallon form (excluding Spray 50) within the state.

    However, it is possible to purchase Rubber Dip, Rubber Dip Spray, and Plasti Dip® Spray in presentations smaller than 1 gallon within California. We urge customers to be aware of these restrictions and to comply with all established guidelines.

  16. DISCOUNT CODES

    You may use only one discount code per order. DipYourCar reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where multiple discount codes are added to the shopping cart. The use of discount codes is subject to the specific terms and conditions under which they were issued, which may include eligibility requirements and a maximum order value. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of a promotion and these Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions of the promotion shall prevail.

  17. PROMOTIONS AND SWEEPSTAKES

    From time to time, DipYourCar may offer users and customers the opportunity to participate in sweepstakes or other promotions. You may not transfer, assign, sell, trade, exchange, or barter any prize or other benefit received through a sweepstakes or promotion.

    Any prize or other benefit is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty by us, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

    DipYourCar reserves the right to modify, terminate, or suspend the availability of sweepstakes and promotions and to correct errors or inconsistencies in materials related to sweepstakes and promotions.

    DipYourCar may disqualify any person who tampers with any promotion. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of a promotion or sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and DipYourCar reserves the right to seek damages from such persons to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    By entering a promotion or sweepstakes, you agree to submit to our decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion or sweepstakes. Promotions and sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Promotions are void where prohibited, restricted, or taxable.

    By participating in a promotion or sweepstakes, you agree to hold DipYourCar harmless from any liability, loss, or damage arising out of or related to your participation in any activity related to the promotion or sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize you may receive.

  18. AFFILIATE PROGRAM

    Within the framework of our affiliate program, we are pleased to offer external partners the opportunity to promote our products and, in return, receive financial compensation for sales generated through their efforts. To ensure transparency and fairness in our program, we set the following conditions:

    • Purchases made through affiliate links will be verified before commission payments are processed.
    • Orders placed directly by the affiliate, whether for personal use or for third parties, will not be considered valid for commission accrual.

    DipYourCar will not accept liability for misuse, misapplication, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance of products purchased. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to accurately follow the instructions provided, ensuring that installation and application are carried out safely and properly in accordance with recommended guidelines and applicable safety regulations.

    • The infringement by any person of any intellectual property rights of any third party caused by their use of the website or any product purchased through the website.

    If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by any court or competent authority, such decision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The failure or delay in enforcing any of these Terms and Conditions at any time shall not constitute a waiver of our rights to enforce such provision, or any other provision, in the future.

    We reserve all rights not expressly granted herein, while at all times maintaining the protection of and respect for our intellectual property rights and prerogatives.

  34. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

    ⚠️ Important: Certain products are Final Sale and cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged once an order is placed.



    Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.


    Final Sale Items

    All paint sales are final and are not eligible for cancellation, returns, or refunds. This includes:

    • All Permanent Paints
    • All Peelable Paints
    • All paint sizes
    • All Permanent Paint Kits
    • All Peelable Paint Kits
    • All Spray Guns and Spray Systems

    Non-Paint Return Eligibility

    Items eligible for return must meet the following conditions:

    • Products must be unused and in original condition.
    • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
      • Example: 3M Respirators must be returned sealed in their original packaging.
    • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Free gifts, gift cards, and clearance items are not eligible for return.

    Incorrect Orders

    If your order arrives incorrect, please contact DYC Customer Service within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for an order correction.



    Once Gift Certificates have been purchased, it is not possible to deactivate the gift code. Therefore, Gift Certificate sales are final and non-refundable.

  35. RETURNED SHIPMENTS

    If an order is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or because the package was unable to be delivered after the carrier's maximum delivery attempts (typically three attempts), the shipment will be considered a returned shipment.



    If the customer requests that the order be reshipped, the customer will be responsible for paying the full cost of the new shipping charge. Any flat-rate shipping offers, promotional shipping rates, or free shipping promotions will not apply to reshipments.



    If a shipment is refused by the recipient at the time of delivery, the order will be returned to us by the carrier. Once the returned package is received and processed, the product subtotal (excluding original shipping charges) will be issued as store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  37. ORDER PROTECTION

    DYC partners with OrderProtection.com to offer customers the option to protect their purchase against loss, theft, or damage during transit. By selecting and purchasing Total Delivery Protection at checkout, claims for eligible incidents are processed directly through OrderProtection.com for faster resolution and full coverage according to their terms and conditions.

    By declining Total Delivery Protection, DYC can only file a standard carrier claim in the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged package. This process is typically lengthy, subject to carrier approval, and may result in compensation capped at $100 if approved. Carrier claim timelines and outcomes are outside of DYC's control.

  38. ULTRA HIGH GLOSS OPEN PUBLIC BETA

    Ultra High Gloss is now released as an Open Public BETA. The purpose of this Open BETA is to allow product access to any user who wants to participate in open testing. This BETA will expose the product to many different users, spray styles, colors, and environments in an effort to gather as much data as possible while the final formula is fine-tuned.

    Please proceed with the understanding that you are participating in a Public BETA test, and as a BETA this product is sold without warranty. Use the product at your own risk. You may receive email surveys asking for your feedback on the product. Please engage with these surveys, as user feedback is valuable to the Open BETA process.

    The DipYourCar SMS program ("Program") sends recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages (order updates, shipping notifications, abandoned-cart reminders, and promotional offers) to subscribers who opt in.
